Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements for online subscription software, data privacy, and IP use.
- Advise on employment law matters and provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance.
- Identify legal risks, offer practical solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of templates and resources.
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice in an Australian jurisdiction with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
- 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating technology contracts like SaaS and software development agreements.
- Substantive experience handling employment matters and working with sales teams.
