Responsibilities:
- Support the APJ sales team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer agreements.
- Act as a solutions-oriented business partner, providing pragmatic legal counsel on a range of commercial issues.
- Lead complex cross-border transactions and advise on regulatory and compliance matters across the APJ region.

Ideal Candidate:
- Law degree and member in good standing in Singapore or Australia.
- Minimum 10 years’ PQE in law firm and in-house at a high-growth tech company.
- Proven experience with complex commercial and SaaS agreements.
