- Manage a broad range of commercial and operational agreements.
- Help make contracting processes more efficient and scalable.
Your Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate international contracts with partner firms, focusing on Germany.
- Manage customer agreements and support the sales team with contracting processes.
- Contribute to legal operations by optimizing contract management tools and automating tasks.
Your Profile:
- Qualified lawyer with extensive experience in contract law, gained in a law firm or tech company.
- Fluent in English with working knowledge of French and German.
- Strong expertise in B2B SaaS agreements and legal operations.
