The Opportunity:
- We are hiring a Commercial In-House Lawyer to support our European Legal team.
- This role is integral to supporting our fast-paced business across Europe.
- As part of our team, you will act as a trusted advisor across multiple jurisdictions.
Your Impact:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements across European jurisdictions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and legal expert, delivering clear guidance.
- Drive adoption of Legal Tech, including AI and CLM solutions.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned legal professional with a Law Degree and at least 8 years of experience.
- A bilingual communicator with advanced proficiency in Italian and English.
- A Legal Tech enthusiast with experience implementing AI or CLM systems.
