Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review and maintain contracts, including B2B agreements and internal legal documentation.
- Support legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions by maintaining legal documentation, including Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and other policies.
- Assist with legal and financial compliance, working closely with external legal advisors, accountants and KPMG.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Corporate, Commercial or IT Law.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
- Basic knowledge of GDPR, compliance and privacy regulations.
