What you'll do:
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for real-world asset transactions, including commercial contracts and NDAs.
- Support legal onboarding of new investors and issuers, ensuring compliance with financial regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
- Research regulatory requirements for tokenized assets, monitoring evolving legal frameworks across US, EU, and offshore markets.
You are:
- Qualified lawyer with 2-3 years of experience in financial transactions, structured finance, or capital markets.
- Solid grounding in financial instruments, credit structures, or investment funds.
- Curious about tokenized securities or blockchain, comfortable working across jurisdictions.
