What you’ll be doing:

Partner with Product, Compliance and business teams to design and launch new products.
Advise on legal and regulatory matters across securities, AML, payments, and consumer protection.
Lead regulatory initiatives and provide practical advice to leaders.

Who we’re looking for:

Canadian-qualified lawyer with 5+ years of experience in fintech or crypto.
Able to operate independently and make decisions with incomplete information.
Business-oriented legal judgment and strong communication skills.
