WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Draft, review, and manage corporate documents like shareholder agreements, NDAs, and term sheets for DeSci projects
- Support IP portfolio management including patent prosecution and trademark filings across international jurisdictions
- Operate and quality-review AI legal tools, building prompt libraries and HITL protocols to streamline workflows
WHO YOU ARE:
- AI-native with hands-on experience using LLMs for legal drafting and document analysis
- Paralegal-credentialed with 3+ years in corporate or litigation matters at a firm or in-house
- Comfortable working across US, Canadian, Swiss, and EU legal systems with an independent and high-ownership mindset
