Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, client services agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Provide legal advice and support on regulatory matters, including compliance with financial regulations, data protection laws, and cryptocurrency-specific legislation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of legal experience, with a focus on commercial and regulatory work in the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
