Provide full product life-cycle counseling for a variety of global derivatives, prime brokerage, custody and financing related products, and practical advice on associated legal issues and risks. Negotiate novel, highly-tailored agreements with strategic partners and sophisticated counterparties. Stay abreast of and advise on digital currency and blockchain technology legal and regulatory issues, particularly in the US, UK, EU and elsewhere.

Support the Legal & Compliance Team, with a focus on researching legal and regulatory frameworks, supporting innovative product development, and contributing to the company's understanding of emerging legal challenges in the blockchain space. Conduct in-depth legal research on global blockchain and digital asset regulations, including securities law, data privacy, IP, and financial services.
