About the Role:
- Deliver Web3 licensing and compliance advisory for CASPs, VASPs, and token issuers.
- Translate EU/UAE regulatory requirements into practical controls with cross-functional teams.
- Build reusable methods and improve compliance tools from regulatory research.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years in digital-asset compliance, licensing, legal/compliance ops, or consulting.
- Hands-on experience with MiCA, VARA, ADGM, or DFSA applications strongly valued.
- Practical blockchain and AML knowledge, with strong writing and communication skills.
