Shakepay

We’re looking for a senior-level Graphic Designer to bring the Shakepay brand to life across everything we do - from campaigns and social to motion and illustration. You’ll help define and evolve our visual language while creating bold, expressive work that connects with our community and reflects our values. You'll design across formats and stretch the brand.

As a Senior Platform Engineer on the Platform team, you will build tools, lead initiatives, and collaborate with people across teams to deliver intuitive and effective internal systems using a combination of internally developed tools and third-party solutions.

Support fraud investigations from both a customer-facing and operational perspective. Assist with reviewing fraud alerts, gathering evidence, and documenting case decisions while learning Shakepay’s fraud frameworks and tools. Collaborate with Customer Support and KYC teams to resolve fraud-related tickets, escalate risks, and support customers impacted by scams. Develop strong investigative instincts and are comfortable making timely decisions.
