Reporting to the North America based Legal Director, this role provides general legal advice and support to the Megaport group.
Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating master agreements, providing training to the sales team, and supporting legal operations.
The role also involves drafting policies, reviewing contracts, and assisting with special projects as directed.

What You'll Be Doing:

Review and negotiate all types of agreements including services, procurement, and carrier agreements.
Provide legal advice on employee matters, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
Support team legal operations initiatives and review advertising and promotional materials.

What We Are Looking For:

3-5 years post qualification experience in contract review and negotiation.
Qualification to practice in your jurisdiction, with in-house and IT/tech industry experience preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial acumen, with ability to manage competing priorities and build relationships.
