Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as development, publishing, licensing, talent, and vendor contracts.
• Oversee IP portfolio protection (trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets) and advise on IP clearance for content and marketing.
• Manage pre-litigation disputes, DMCA takedowns, and coordinate with outside counsel.

Qualifications:

• Meaningful experience supporting legal teams, either in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong understanding of legal department functions and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, familiarity with legal tech platforms.
