Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including services agreements with healthcare customers, vendor contracts, confidentiality agreements, software license agreements, settlement agreements, information security agreements, business associate agreements, and real estate transactions.
Provide advice and counsel on contracts, disputes, risks, and potential legal liabilities. Support transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financing. Conduct research on relevant legal issues.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Licensed to practice law in the U.S. Preference for candidates with corporate or healthcare legal experience.
Well-organized with excellent attention to detail. Strong ethical standards. Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner.

Compensation:

Base compensation varies based on geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
