Accountabilities:

Work closely with business leaders to develop and drive contracting strategies related to strategic partnerships.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of vendor and partnership agreements.
Advise internal stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership.
8-10 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or at a major law firm.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
