As a vital member of the Engine team, you'll champion customer advocacy through the contracting lifecycle, managing bookings, collaborating with sales managers, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This involves maintaining open communication, addressing inquiries, and working closely with internal teams to streamline group bookings, adapting to new processes and tools.
Advise and provide legal support to in-house clients on legal and regulatory issues relevant to Veradigm, assisting the Legal Department on legal and risk management issues associated with the company’s business, products and services, and draft, negotiate, or approve commercial transactions as requested.
In this role, you will be a key member of our legal team, supporting enterprise-wide commercial and product initiatives in expanding the business and compliantly building healthcare/fintech products. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial contracting, as well as the retailer, payments, and/or fintech industries, but should be comfortable being a generalist and willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute to a wide range of in-house legal matters.
