- Help develop patenting strategy and draft claims.
- Manage patent portfolio, including renewals and filings.
- Train product and engineering teams on IP topics.
Minimum Qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and bar admission.
- 5-7 years of IP experience.
- Experience negotiating IP licensing agreements.
Competencies:
- Deeply knowledgeable in patent prosecution and IP licensing.
- A strategic thinker and excellent communicator.
- Passionate about clean energy.
