Accountabilities:
- Work closely with internal sales team as well as vendors and customers to mitigate risk.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including hardware, software, professional services, subcontractor, non-disclosure, and vendor agreements.
- Manage outside counsel as assigned and as needed.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor, member of good standing of a state bar, at least 5 years of legal experience.
- Experience in one or more of these areas is preferred: commercial contract negotiation, government contracts, data security, litigation.
- Strong analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills.
