Responsibilities:
- Lead all legal aspects of corporate governance, risk, compliance, divestitures, integrations, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Provide legal guidance to executive leadership on corporate strategy, risk, insurance and compliance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including purchase agreements, vendor contracts, employment agreements, and partnership agreements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum 8–12 years of legal experience, with strong M&A and corporate law background.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, contract law, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
