About the Role:
- Proactive and business-minded Legal Director supporting growing sales and services teams.
- Reports to Chief Legal Officer as key advisor on commercial transactions and revenue-generating activities.
- Balances legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, software licensing, professional services, and maintenance agreements.
- Partner with Sales and Services to drive deals efficiently while maintaining compliance.
- Provide strategic legal guidance on RFPs, government procurement, and scalable legal processes.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited U.S. law school and active state bar membership.
- 8+ years legal experience including at least 3 years in-house at a SaaS company.
- Strong experience negotiating commercial contracts with government entities.
