Core Responsibilities:
- Lead federal government contracting, including prime contracts, subcontracts, and compliance obligations.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements such as SaaS, licensing, and clinical services contracts.
- Provide legal and compliance support for RFI/RFP responses and regulatory projects.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with active bar membership in at least one US state.
- 15+ years of relevant legal experience, with strong federal government contracting experience.
- Experience drafting and negotiating technology and healthcare agreements, with sound judgment and clear communication.
