Key Responsibilities:
- Government Contracting: Serve as the subject matter expert on federal procurement, negotiate SBIR Phase III awards, and support proposal reviews.
- Channel and Compliance: Negotiate teaming and reseller agreements, protect SBIR data rights, and advise on procurement integrity and supply chain requirements.
- Commercial and Vendor Contracts: Negotiate SaaS agreements, EULAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements across federal and commercial revenue lines.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with active bar membership and 7-10 years of combined law firm and in-house experience.
- Meaningful government contracts experience supporting software sales into federal agencies with working knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
- Strong business judgment with a proven ability to translate legal terms into business impact in a fast-paced environment.
