Responsibilities:

  • Provide pragmatic, business-minded guidance on customer requests and contract-related issues for SLED and Federal Civilian Sales.
  • Analyze and negotiate reseller sales agreements including contract vehicles and flowdown terms.
  • Draft terms and liaise with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to support the development of Atlassian Government Cloud.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of public sector SaaS agreement negotiation experience, particularly with SLED and Federal Civilian customers.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and education procurement processes, including contract vehicles (GSA, CA SLP, NY OGS).
  • Excellent business judgment and strong communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base pay ranges from $162,900 to $254,975 per year depending on geographic zone.
  • Eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
