Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain contract documentation and recordkeeping for assigned vehicles, ensuring records are complete and accurate.
  • Support pricelist update processes end to end, compiling required support documentation and coordinating submissions.
  • Track contract deadlines and milestones, monitor renewal timelines, and coordinate routine follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience as a Government Contracts Administrator.
  • Experience managing public sector frameworks across UK and Australia.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel, and familiarity with contract management systems.
