• Oversee full lifecycle of contracts across State, Federal, and procurement channels, ensuring execution, reporting, and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational requirements while mitigating contractual risk.
• Serve as central liaison between legal, sales, partners, and external agencies to drive contract execution and optimization.
