Join the legal team as a Contracts Administrator managing contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Manage contract filing, maintain records, serve as a legal point of contact, and identify process improvements under the Director of Legal Operations.

Collaborate with external vendors, manage Jira and ticketing, and conduct data analysis to enhance legal operations, improving processes, managing invoices, facilitating electronic signatures, and working with cross-functional teams to meet their legal needs.

A Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal key role in connecting the growing provider network to students in need of life-changing services, actively supporting and guiding providers with cross-licensing and clearances in states where they will be delivering services, and will also be responsible for maintaining and updating internal systems to ensure compliance at the federal, state, and district levels.

Be a Commercial Contracts Administrator in the Commercial Legal Strategy & Operations function, supporting the Go-To-Market sales and partners organization and Telecom Carrier Relations organization, and be a member of our Center of Excellence function. Responsibilities include providing commercial contracts-related education and process guidance to your GTM and Telecom Carrier Relations colleagues, reviewing, vetting, and providing timely responses to incoming requests, and independently negotiating NDAs.
