As a Contracts Manager at Vanta, you will manage and optimize our commercial contracting process across sales and vendor engagements. From reviewing NDAs to owning our CLM system (Ironclad), you’ll be the legal team’s front line in helping internal stakeholders close deals efficiently and with reduced risk.
