Role Focus:
- Own commercial contracting across creator, agency, licensing, and vendor agreements.
- Manage intake, approvals, SLAs, and reporting across Legal, Finance, and GTM.
Ironclad & Automation:
- Design, build, and maintain Ironclad workflows, templates, playbooks, and permissions.
- Automate contracting processes and continuously improve through reporting and AI tooling.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in contract management or legal operations with deep hands-on Ironclad experience.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and independent NDA negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $110,000-$150,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
- Fully remote US role with occasional travel to San Francisco.
