About You:
- You have exceptional drafting and negotiation skills with experience in commercial contracts.
- You are a creative thinker with enthusiasm for new legal issues and AI integration.
- You possess strong time management and communication skills for a remote environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Juris Doctor degree and admission to a US state bar.
- 4-8 years of legal experience across commercial, operational, or general corporate matters.
- Combined law firm and in-house experience at a SaaS/tech company preferred.
Things You’ll Do:
- Lead responses to legal tickets and own legal support for procurement and vendor contracts.
- Own legal support for mid-market sales deals and collaborate with commercial counsel.
- Serve as the day-to-day point person for extending the legal team’s automations and AI workflows.
