Provide independent coverage of Legal’s contracting queues during U.S. West Coast hours, handling intake, triage, and negotiation within defined templates.
Coordinate with attorneys on complex agreements, and apply AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.

Legal Operations Management:

Own and continuously improve contracting processes, templates, and playbooks, including MSAs, DPAs, and AI addenda.
Drive adoption of self-service documentation and enablement materials across cross-functional teams.

Technology and Reporting:

Serve as the primary operational partner for CLM and contract repository initiatives, working with Ironclad, Salesforce, and Jira.
Deliver reporting that converts contract-repository data into actionable insights for the business.

Our Vision of You:

Seven or more years of relevant commercial contracts or legal operations experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology.
Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent initiatives, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
