Sr Manager/Director, Legal Operations

About the Role:

• We're hiring our first Legal Operations leader to design and build the operational infrastructure.
• This role has real breadth, from CLM rollout to governance and international entity management.
• You'll be the front door for Legal, triaging requests and building systems to scale.

What You'll Do:

• Own legal intake and contract operations, including CLM implementation and template library.
• Support corporate governance, entity management, and trademark docketing.
• Manage vendor relationships, outside counsel, and legal metrics.

What You'll Bring:

• 5-7+ years of experience in legal operations or similar role at a high-growth company.
• Hands-on CLM administration experience and a builder's mentality.
• Strong project management, cross-functional communication, and discretion.

What Success Looks Like:

• A single front door for legal requests with predictable turnaround times.
• CLM live with templates covering high-volume agreement types.
• Governance and entity management run on a reliable calendar, not reactively.
