- Prepare Secretary of State documents and maintain corporate records.
- Assist with board meeting materials, minutes, and resolutions.
Cross-Functional Support:
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and outside counsel.
- Build SOPs, process trackers, and self-service tools.
- Leverage AI tools for legal intake, research, and monitoring.
