WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle: intake, triage, execution, and archiving in Juro.
- Administer e-signature tools and manage vendor relationships.
- Support SOX documentation, corporate calendar, and legal holds.
YOUR TOOLKIT:
- Experience with CLMs, e-signature platforms, and procurement systems.
- Comfort using AI tools in daily legal workflows.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3–5 years of legal operations or paralegal experience.
- Prior exposure to SOX or corporate governance is a plus.
- Clear communication and discretion handling confidential information.
