Role Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and close standard commercial agreements independently, including NDAs, order forms, and renewals.
- Review and finalize AI-generated redlines and clause extraction on incoming contracts.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle: intake, repository, renewals, approvals, and terminations.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years in a contracts, legal operations, or deal desk role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Comfortable using AI tools daily and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and Jira.
Nice to Have:
- Prior legal, paralegal, or compliance experience.
- Experience with a CLM platform or data privacy concepts.
- Hands-on experience using LLM tools like ChatGPT.
