Who You Are:
- You partner with the Legal team to administer legal and AI technology initiatives.
- You identify opportunities for improvement and build processes to increase efficiency.
- You serve as the operational administrator of legal technology working with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do:
- Administer and optimize contract lifecycle management tools with familiarity in Ironclad, Spotdraft, or others.
- Manage AI-assisted contract review and redlining tools and develop scalable prompt libraries.
- Improve contract turnaround times, implement workflows, and build dashboards and KPIs.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; paralegal or legal ops certificate a plus.
- 5+ years in Legal Operations or Legal Technology with experience administering CLM systems.
- Experience with AI legal technology and eBilling platforms.
