Prepare initial drafts of customer contracts, uplift agreements, renewal agreements, remote clinical services agreements, NDAs, and Business Associate Agreements.
Manage Legal's daily operational workflow and queue, interfacing across all internal verticals.
Refine and enhance legal tracking systems, workflows, and intake protocols to scale support.

Qualifications:

2+ years of contract drafting, legal operations, or paralegal experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Word redlining and CRM platforms.
Proven ability to manage high-volume contract queues and refine workflow tracking systems.

Success in First 90 Days:

By Day 30: Complete onboarding and take over daily legal queue triage.
By Day 60: Independently prepare initial drafts for NDAs, BAAs, and customer renewals.
By Day 90: Establish operational touchpoints with cross-functional partners and implement workflow enhancements.
