Client Contracts Analyst

Role Overview:

• Manage a high volume of contracts concurrently, each at different stages, while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet SLA timelines.
• Support drafting, review, and processing of contracts, SOWs, amendments, and extensions, and reconcile contract data across systems.
• Provide proactive status updates and adapt as our tools and processes evolve, including the transition to a new Growth Hub platform.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in project management, contract coordination, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Target compensation is budget-based at $65,000-$75,000 per year.

• This is a remote-based role, but candidates must be located in the US.
