Compliance Associate

As Flock rapidly expands into new markets, maintaining full compliance while moving quickly is essential. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Associate to be an integral part of our operational compliance. In this role, you will work directly with external compliance partners to manage all state and local licensing requirements. You will also collaborate with our Sales, Solution Engineering, and Permitting teams, helping to maintain a proactive process that ensures we are ready to operate in new territories the moment a deal closes.

Your work will directly enable Flock to enter new markets faster, reduce operational risk, and support our mission to eliminate crime.
