We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Business Operations team. You will be responsible for driving structured project execution across teams by creating and maintaining key project documentation. You will collaborate closely with business partners to define, document, and optimize business solutions and proactively assess risks.

Newsela is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to construct high-quality curricula at scale, leveraging extensive knowledge of state framework-aligned curriculum creation and experience with a respected core curriculum provider. This role involves providing expert input on assessments, lesson plans, training, and documentation. A bias for action and a judicious eye for quality are both key.

This position will play a critical role focusing on the operations side of the People Team, supporting our workforce by delivering key HR functions including compliance and onboarding. You’ll ensure our people feel supported, informed and empowered, by maintaining employee records, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting HR systems and payroll processes.
