Manage assigned contracts and offer contracting solutions to meet the assigned goals of the department and business. You will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope and will rely heavily on your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, with the ability to affect and effect short and long-term business goals. Directly supporting US Government contract activity.

As a Government Contracts Compliance Specialist, you will advise on compliance with SBA programs, ITAR, FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement regulations, while supporting compliance tracking and contract vehicle management. You'll conduct legal research, draft contracts, and assist in M&A due diligence.

The Contracts Manager supports the Contracts Team Lead in responding to internal requests from executive leadership and all sales teams, as well as requests from external partners by reviewing and executing legally binding documentation. This position requires extreme detail orientation with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will assist in managing Nava's relationship with our subcontractors and teaming partners, working directly for the Director of Contracts in the Finance and Business Operations group to assist with drafting a variety of legal agreements from templates. You will also work in the subcontractor module of Unanet to create POs and assign subcontractor employees to specific projects.
