- Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to craft clear, enforceable agreements.
- Comfort leading live negotiations and operating across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary legal advisor to APAC sales teams, providing timely support on commercial agreements.
- Lead live negotiations with customers and counsel on strategic deals, including customer-paper transactions.
- Partner with sales, finance, and cross-functional teams to structure agreements aligning business objectives with legal risk mitigation.
