Senior Counsel, Enterprise

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a Senior Counsel, Enterprise to support commercial transactions across Sales, Channel, and Customer Success teams.
• This role is for someone with 6-10 years of SaaS contracting experience looking to deepen in-house experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise agreements including NDAs, MSAs, and DPAs.
• Partner with Sales and RevOps to keep deals moving and unblock contract issues.
• Use and maintain standard templates and improve contract workflows.

Qualifications and Perks:
