Drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-driven features and personalized experiences that enhance Aura's ability to protect and delight customers. Work closely with design, engineering, and cross-functional product management peers to bring innovative AI products to market, requiring understanding of Agentic AI and ML technologies and product management best practices.

Aura is seeking high-energy, ambitious Upsell Sales Specialists to help existing customers maximize the value of their Aura memberships. In this remote position, you'll proactively engage current Aura customers, consult on their needs, and offer additional products and upgrades that strengthen their digital protection. This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact and develop consultative sales skills.

As a Senior Manual QA Engineer, you will be leading quality efforts on complex web applications, designing and executing manual test cases, ensuring cross-browser and functional reliability, and collaborating with developers and product managers to resolve issues. Also, this role includes mentoring QA team members and contributing to process improvements and release planning.

Develop solutions and products as a part of the Automation team. Conduct technology researchers and feasibility studies. Work in a small cross-functional and full-stack team. Develop any project component, including some front-end and mostly back-end. Analyze user feedback and market research and support product ideation sessions.
