About the Role:
- Full-time Customer Loyalty Representatives work from home.
- Kick off your SaaS career with a mission-driven team.
Day to Day:
- Handle inbound cancellation calls and retain customers.
- Make outbound calls regarding failed subscription payments.
- Identify upsell opportunities for Aura's identity protection solutions.
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of sales/retention experience with a track record of meeting metrics.
- Natural communication skills and self-motivation.
- Strong business acumen and teamwork.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate of $18/hour plus targeted commission of $15,000/year.
- Estimated total compensation of $52,000-$56,000 annually.
