Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Contact homeowners to discuss their window and door needs and schedule in-home consultations.
• Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls while using CRM and dialer systems.
• Track and document all set appointments accurately.

Compensation:

• $20/hour base with uncapped bonus structure based on appointments set.
• Most reps average $22-$25/hour with bonuses.
• Full-time position with fully remote paid training.
