Role Overview:
- Guide families through final senior care decisions in a high-activity, performance-driven inside sales role.

- Execute consistent outreach via phone, text, and email; maintain CRM documentation.
- Partner with communities to coordinate tours and achieve monthly sales targets.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly base salary $51,500; OTE $86,500 with uncapped bonus.
