Inside Sales - Assistant Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Prospect daily across existing leads, referrals, partnerships, and internal databases to identify new business opportunities.
• Respond promptly to incoming sales leads and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
• Build meaningful relationships with prospects through phone calls, Zoom, and other virtual meeting platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of sales or related professional experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to connect quickly with prospects and establish productive client relationships.

Benefits:

• Base pay of $18 per hour with commission opportunity up to $132,000 in total annual compensation.
