Role Overview:

- Partner with legal teams and external counsel on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- J.D., active bar membership, and 4–6 years of relevant experience required.
- Strong expertise in employment law and risk management.
- Interest in AI-enabled legal workflows is a plus.
Compensation:
- Annual salary of $220,000–$270,000.
- Equity and performance bonus opportunities.
