Associate General Counsel, Commercial US Legal

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements including marketing, advertising, and strategic partnerships.
• Advise executive leadership on innovative business models and risk management.
• Build scalable legal processes and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

• J.D. from accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 10+ years of legal experience in high-growth technology or digital businesses.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and AI.
